Kujan(Chowa) in Chingam Rasi.

Now Kujan (Chowa) is in Chingam(makam, Pooram,Uthram) Rasi. It is the Soorya Khetram. It is a positive movement as kuja was there in Krakitakam where it was in Neechavatha. Chowa will remain at Chingam up to June 22, 2012 for a long period of 8 months. Normal period of Chowa in one rasi is arround 45 days. The pleasant thing now is that chowa gets the view of Guru(Vyazham or Brahaspathi) up to May 17 2012. However the Chowa from Chingam will view Rahu at Vrischikam(Vishagham,Anizham,Threkketta) which is the neecha rasi of Chandran (Moon). The positive factor in this that Vrischikam is the Swaskhsethram(own house) of Chowa and its is the lagnadipa for Vrischika rasi which is good. The position of Kujan at Chingam is at the 10th house (Karma sthanam) and the its vision by guru is likely to be good for those having birth star Vishagham,Anizham,Threkketta at their working field.

Deepavali on Wednesday 26-10-2011

Sun in Thulam is joining with Moon. Amavasi day. Thulam is the neecha rasi of Sun(Soorya). These are the period of Dakshinayanam( The movement of Sun towards South which began in the month of Karkitaka. The Dakshinayanam period is for six month (up to Makaram) and is treated as the night time of Devas. Hence the month of Thulam is the Mid night time. That is the importance of the Deepavali.
