On Last Monday 2nd June,Devasom Minsiter G.Sudhakaran stated the need for passing a law to protect temple property.He also added that now he could only give some suggestions to devasoms regarding this issue.Another face of this issue is that the Minister doesnot want to interfere in any issue regarding temple custom.
